Ford: Q3 EPS overtakes expectations

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening, Ford published Q3 2019 EPS that is up 17% at 34 cents, which beat the consensus by eight cents, while the group's adjusted operating margin improved 0.
4 point to 4.8%.

The car maker saw its revenues fall by 2% to 37 billion dollars, despite an 8% fall in deliveries to over 1.24 million vehicles, resulting in its market share slipping 0.3 point to 6%.

The company from Dearborn (Michigan) confirms its target for growth in its adjusted free cash flow in 2019, boosted by its automobile business, while the group forecasts an adjusted operating profit of between 6.5 billion to 7 billion dollars.
