Electronic Arts: shares drop, Jefferies starts with 'hold'

(CercleFinance.com) - Shares in Electronic Arts fall 1.
4% at 92.6 dollars on the Nasdaq as Jefferies initiates the share of the U.S. video game publisher with a "hold" rating and a target price of 100 dollars.

In a note to clients, the brokerage firm says it does not see "a catalyst" to move the stock.

"While EA's leading portfolio of sports titles helps provide a degree of stickiness and recurring revenue, the company has struggled in developing consistent non-sports breakout content," Jefferies writes in the report.
