eBay: Q4 EPS slightly above expectations

(CercleFinance.com) - Published yesterday, eBay's Q4 results included net income of 670 million dollars, or 71 cents per share, compared with 618 million dollars, or 59 cents a share a year ago.


This result is slightly above the consensus, which was looking for 68 cents.

Sales also came in at 2.9 billion dollars, up from 2.7 billion dollars a year ago.

eBay also expects EPS in the range of 62 cents to 64 cents for the current quarter, on sales of between 2.55 billion and 2.6 billion dollars. The group expects full-year EPS of between 2.62 dollars and 2.68 dollars.
