Criteo: Berenberg reiterates 'buy' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg stood by its "buy" rating on Criteo, with a target price of 40 dollars, after the French online advertising firm posted "strong" fourth-quarter results.


In a research note entitled "the cookie that didn't crumble," the German broker wrote that 2019 will be a "year of transition" for Criteo, which has to rebuild confidence in its ability to deliver double-digit growth.

"We continue to believe that this is possible next year, and that the stock could materially re-rate on the back of this," Berenberg said, noting that the stock has become "very cheap."
