Costco Wholesale: Q3 income up 28%.

(CercleFinance.com) - Costco Wholesale has reported Q3 net income that is up 28% at 700 million dollars (to 7 May), representing EPS of 1.
59 dollar.

Net sales by warehouse increased 8% to 28.2 billion dollars, as reported, and were up 5% at constant surface (+5% excluding the negative impacts of gasoline prices and FX fluctuations).

The group, which is based in Issaquah (state of Washington) currently operates 732 warehouses worldwide, including 510 in the US and Puerto Rico, 95 in Canada, 37 in Mexico, and dozens in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
