Caterpillar: CFO Brad Halverson to retire in early 2018.

(CercleFinance.com) - Caterpillar's chief financial officer Brad Halverson will retire in early 2018, after working for more than three decades at the company.


The company said it plans to launch a global, external search to fill the position, and Halverson's decision to continue working until next year will help ensure a smooth transition, the company said.

Halverson joined Caterpillar as an accountant in 1988.
