Campbell: ex-Pepsi, GM executive named on board

(CercleFinance.com) - Campbell Soup has named Maria Teresa Hilado, a former executive at GM and PepsiCo, as a board member, effective immediately, the company said on Wednesday.


53-year old Hilado has over 30 years' experience in finance with several leading multinational companies. She recently retired from pharmaceutical company Allergan after serving as CFO from 2014.

With Hilado's election, Campbell's board will have 13 members, with CEO Denise Morrison the only member of management.
