Boeing: reduces loss in Q4

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday Boeing reported a net loss of $663 million dollars for the fourth quarter of 2022, down from the nearly $4.
2 billion loss reported a year earlier.

The aircraft manufacturer's revenue increased by 35% to nearly 20 billion dollars over the period, while the consensus was looking for 20.4 billion dollars.

In a statement, the Chicago-based group said it delivered 152 commercial aircraft in Q4, up 54% from 99 a year previously.

For FY 2022, Boeing said it expects to deliver 480 units, after 340 in 2021, i.e. up 41%.
