Boeing: deliveries of 737 Max plunge

(CercleFinance.com) - American aircraft manufacturer Boeing has only delivered 239 civil aircraft in the first half of 2019, down 139 (-36.
8%) from the same period in 2018.

The difficulties experienced by the Boeing 737 Max are taking their toll since over the period the number of 737s (all models combined) delivered to clients fell by 269 to 113 units, i.e. 156 planes less.

Over the half-year, Boeing has however delivered 22 long-haul 777s, which is three less than the year before, as well as 78 787s, which is six more.
