Bank of America: Credit Suisse raises target price.

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse reiterates its "outperform" rating on Bank of America and raises its target price from 26 dollars to 27 dollars, reflecting the Fed's higher interest rates.


The brokerage firm says it continues to recommend that investors buy the shares as "progress continues."

"This franchise can grow and all the more so in a rising rate environment", Credit Suisse writes in a research note.

"Better revenue growth coupled with visible operating leverage and manageable credit cost increases will be the keys to realization of franchise value", the broker added.

Credit Suisse also raised today its estimates and target price on JPMorgan.
