Applied Materials: Q2 EPS below estimates

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening, Applied Materials reported adjusted EPS that is down 27% at 89 cents for its second quarter of 2019-20, three cents below the consensus.


The semiconductor equipment maker says that it saw its adjusted operating margin improve by 2.3 points to 24.7%, with sales rising 12% to 3.96 billion dollars.
