Amazon: expands Delivery Service with Whole Foods

(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon has announced the launch of a two-hour free delivery service of organic and natural products by its subsidiary Whole Foods Market, through Prime Now, around Atlanta and San Francisco.


The new service was launched last month in Austin, Cincinnati, Dallas and Virginia Beach, with the online distribution giant planning to continue expanding in the US this year.

As a reminder, last summer Amazon acquired Whole Foods Market, a food distribution chain specialising in organic and natural products for a total of approximately 13.7 billion dollars.
