Adobe: agreement to acquire Frame.io

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Adobe announced a definitive agreement to acquire Frame.
io, a cloud-based video collaboration platform, in a deal worth over 1.27 billion dollars, which is and expected to close in its Q4 2020-21.

With over one million users across media and entertainment companies, agencies and global brands, Frame.io streamlines the video production process, Adobe said.

The acquisition will combine Adobe Creative Cloud's leading video capabilities with Frame.io's workflow functionality to create an end-to-end collaboration platform.
