Activision Blizzard: Dennis Durkin reappointed CFO

(CercleFinance.com) - Activision Blizzard announces the appointment of Chief Corporate Officer Dennis Durkin as its new CFO, which will mean that he will return to the position he held from March 2012 to May 2017.


Reporting directly to CEO Bobby Kotick, amongst other things he will oversee Activision Blizzard's finances, accounting, corporate strategy, investor relations and internal audit.

Dennis Durkin hence replaces - with immediate effect - Spencer Neumann, whose contract the video games publisher has decided to terminate, due to a violation of a violation of legal obligations.

Press reports indicate that Netflix plans to name Spencer Neumann as its CFO.
