Ericsson: IA to support network resilience

(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson says it has strengthened its service continuity offering with a suite of over 200 Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications that will help communication service providers (CSPs) improve the efficiency and resilience of their mobile networks.


The Service Continuity AI application suite is the latest addition to Ericsson's network support services portfolio and has been developed in collaboration with CSPs for predictive support.

The suite uses artificial intelligence and machine learning (ML) technologies to identify and resolve issues before they affect network performance.

Ericsson says that each AI application is an intelligent algorithm created in conjunction with CSPs to nip potential network problems in the bud.
