Ericsson: to hold its AGM as scheduled

(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson still plans to hold its AGM as scheduled on 31 March, with the Swedish Mobile network gear maker taking take precautionary measures due to the coronavirus epidemic.


The company said that its CEO Borje Ekholm will not attend in person, but will participate via video link.

Ericsson intends to offer a live webcast of the meeting and individual shareholders will be offered the option to vote via proxy.

No food or refreshments will be served at the meeting, Ericsson added.
