Ericsson: to partner with Japan's Fujitsu in 5G services

(CercleFinance.com) - Sweden's Ericsson will team up with Japanese technology giant Fujitsu to deliver end-to-end 5G services, the companies said on Friday.


Under the strategic partnership, the groups will develop a joint offer based on their portfolios - spanning radio access and core network - for the 5G market in Japan.

Ericsson and Fujitsu aim to initially provide systems and solutions for the Japanese market, and want to further expand their collaboration to other customers globally, they said.
