Ericsson: network contract from Pakistan's Jazz

(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson has signed a contract for the optimization and performance management of the radio network of Pakistan's Jazz, the Swedish company said on Wednesday.


The contract will see Ericsson delivering optimisation and performance-management services for approximately 23,500 radio sites, the telecoms gear maker said.

Separately, Ericsson has been selected by Germany's T-Mobile to deploy a multi-band nationwide 5G network and, for Singapore's Singtel, it will roll out a commercially available narrowBand IoT (NB-IoT) network to help accelerate the proliferation of connected devices.
