Equinor: makes oil, condensate finds in North Sea

(CercleFinance.com) - Norwegian oil giant Equinor said on Wednesday that it has made a discovery of gas and condensate in the North Sea, the latest find in one of the most mature areas on the Norwegian continental shelf.


The well, based on preliminary estimates, has proven reserves of between 3 million and 10 million standard cubic metres of recoverable oil equivalent, Equinor and its partners Source Energy and Wellesley said.

This corresponds to 19 million to 63 million barrel of oil equivalent.
