Telenor: strategic collaboration with AWS

(CercleFinance.com) - Norwegian telecoms operator Telenor announced on Thursday that it would team up with Amazon Web Services, Amazon's cloud subsidiary, to accelerate modernisation in the telecoms sector.


The Nordic company has said that it had entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with AWS to market new services in 5G and edge digital infrastructure to its business customers.

Telenor and AWS say they are targeting the manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and automotive sectors in particular.
