Signify: to re-appoint van de Aast as board member

(CercleFinance.com) - Signify will propose the re-appointment of Gerard van de Aast as a supervisory board member for a tenure of four years at its shareholders meeting in 2021, the Dutch lighting group said on Wednesday.


Van de Aast, who is 62 years old, has been the CEO of Dutch technical services provider Imtech and Dutch building services business VolkerWessels.

He has been a member of the supervisory board since 2017.

Van de Aast is vice chairman of the supervisory board, chairman of the remuneration committee and member of the audit Committee.
