Signify: reappoints CEO for another four years

(CercleFinance.com) - Signify, a maker of lighting products for professionals and consumers, said on Monday that its board has extended the contract of its CEO and chairman of board of management Eric Rondolat.


His contract has been extended another four years, the Netherlands-based company said.

Rondolat has held the role of CEO since the company's listing on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange in 2016.

After the company's CFO Stephane Rougeot announced his decision to leave for personal reasons, René van Schooten will take on his role as of 1 March this year, the company added.

The supervisory board has also proposed that René van Schooten be reappointed as a management board member for another year.

Separately, the board has proposed the appointment of Maria Letizia Mariani, the group's chief marketing officer and head of strategy, as a management board member for another four years.
