ING: finalises acquisition of Payvision

(CercleFinance.com) - ING Group has announced completing the acquisition of a 75% stake in Payvision, a provider of omnichannel payment services which benefits from strong growth, pursuant to an agreement announced in late January.


The transaction will help ING strengthen its footprint in omnichannel payments services and expand its merchant services for corporate clients, particularly in the strong growth segment of e-commerce, the group explained.

The founding management team will keep the remaining stake of this company, which is worth a total of 360 million euros. The transaction has no significant impact on ING's CET1 solvency ratio.
