Ahold Delhaize: appoints new board member

(CercleFinance.com) - Ahold Delhaize is appointing the chief executive officer of outsourcing company Bunzl as a member of its supervisory board, the Dutch-based supermarket group said last Friday.


The nomination of Frank van Zanten, a Dutch national, will be effective 8 April, the retailer said.

Ahold Delhaize also announced that Jacques de Vaucleroy will retire at the end of his current mandate after four years at the group and 11 years at Belgian supermarket chain Delhaize.

His retirement will also be effective on 8 April, it said.
