Ferrari: shareholders approve E0.867 dividend
(CercleFinance.com) - Ferrari today announced that its shareholders have passed all the resolutions presented at the Italian carmaker's AGM.
In particular, the shareholders approved the proposed dividend of 0.867 euro per share for FY 2020. In addition, John Elkann was re-elected as Executive Director, while Piero Ferrari, Delphine Arnault, Francesca Bellettini, Eduardo H.
