ABN Amro: joint venture with Oddo BHF now operational

(CercleFinance.com) - ABN Amro has announced that its joint venture with Oddo BHF is operational as of today, having received all necessary approvals from the supervisory and regulatory authorities.


Based in Amsterdam (Netherlands), the joint venture employs 13 analysts and 8 sales personnel, as well as a Corporate Access team. It will be supported by Oddo BHF's research and brokerage platform.

This partnership will enhance the brokerage services offered to corporate and institutional clients, in particular by extending the geographical and sector coverage of research to over 500 stocks, and by expanding the distribution network to more than 600 institutional investors in Europe and the United States.

The joint venture covers 110 stocks, most of which are listed companies in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, ABN Amro says.
