Altice Europe: 2.8 billion euro loan largely oversubscribed
(CercleFinance.com) - A recent loan launched by Altice Europe has been "well oversubscribed," the European telecom group said on Monday.
In a statement this morning, Altice Europe said that it has successfully priced and allocated 2.8 billion euros of new 8-year senior notes from its Altice Luxembourg unit. The average cost of the new notes will be 7.9%, it said. The proceeds will be used to partially repay existing notes expiring in 2022, Altice said. Copyright (c) 2019 CercleFinance.com.
