Altice: completes two disposals in Switzerland

(CercleFinance.com) - Altice NV, the European entity of Patrick Drahi's telecom empire, has completed two asset disposals aimed at reducing its heavy debt.


Indeed, last night, the group announced completing the sale of its telecommunications and data centre subsidiaries in Switzerland, Green.ch AG and Green Datacenter. InfraVia Capital Partners, a Paris-based investment fund specialising in infrastructures bought these companies.

The deal was announced on 1 December last year. The enterprise value of these two assets was then estimated at around 214 million Swiss francs (approximately 180 million euros), or 9.9x the corresponding adjusted EBITDA.
