Altice: two key appointments at SFR

(CercleFinance.com) - SFR Group, the French subsidiary of Altice, has announced the appointments of Arthur Dreyfuss as corporate secretary, in addition to the role of chief communications officer of Altice NV, while Michel Matas has been named as legal director.


Before joining Altice Group in 2014 as chief communications officer, Arthur Dreyfuss was head of consulting at Havas. He also held various positions in ministerial offices (Justice, Foreign Affairs, Transport) between 2006 and 2011.

Michel Matas has nearly 20 years' experience in the telecom sector. Formerly legal director of the Numericable-Completel group, he was a partner at Bird & Bird.
