Altice: another share cancellation

(CercleFinance.com) - Altice has announced that its Board of Directors has decided to cancel 370 million ordinary type A shares held by the group, in accordance with the authorisation given to it by the general shareholders' meeting of 28 June.


This cancellation will be added to that decided on 4 December 2017, of about 416 million A shares and 1,307,716 B shares. The telecom holding company adds that the cancellation of shares will comply with the provisions of Dutch law.
