Altice: over 400 million treasury shares cancelled

(CercleFinance.com) - Altice has implemented the authorisation to cancel ordinary treasury shares that the AGM of June had conferred on the board of directors: thus, on 4 December, the Patrick Drahi's telecom holding company's board resolved to cancel 416 million “A” shares and 1.
3 million “B” shares.

For the record, as of 30 June 2017, Altice's issued capital consisted of 1.3 billion “A” common shares and 252.9 million “B” common shares, both of which are listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
