GrandVision: final results of takeover by EssilorLuxottica
(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica announces that after the post-acceptance period, which ended on 20 December at 17:40PM, 268,744 GrandVision shares were included in the offer, representing approximately 0.
11% of the issued share capital of GrandVision. The Franco-Italian optical giant will thereby hold 254,031,577 shares, representing approximately 99.84% of the issued share capital of the Dutch optician retail chain. The final trading session for the GrandVision shares on Euronext Amsterdam will be 7 January and their listing will come to an end on 10 January.
