NN Group: CFO's contract renewed for another four years

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch financial group NN Group on Wednesday re-appointed Delfin Rueda as chief financial officer for another four years.


The reappointment of Rueda - who was appointed as CFO in March 2014 - reflects confidence in the company's performance after completion of the acquisition of Delta Lloyd.

Furthermore, NN's supervisory board has decided to nominate Heijo Hauser and Hans Schoen - who have both been members since July 2014 - for reappointment as members of the supervisory Board for another four years.

Finally, Yvonne van Rooij has decided to step down as a board member and will be replaced by David Cole, former chief financial officer and chief risk officer at Swiss Re.
