Euronext: partnership with Early Metrics on tech stocks

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext announced on Friday that it has signed a partnership with Early Metrics, an independent rating agency specialising in start-ups.


Under the terms of the agreement, the stock exchange operator will distribute free of charge on its website automatic analysis reports published by Early Metrics concerning tech SMEs listed on Euronext.

The project will initially cover some 430 companies on its markets in Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Oslo and Paris.

In all, this coverage scope already represents market capitalisation of 100 billion euros.

The service is then expected to be extended to hi-tech companies listed on Borsa Italiana.

In a statement, Euronext points out that 60% of IPOs last year were technology companies.
