Euronext: cash volumes down 6.3% in September

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced average daily transactions of 8.
73 billion euros on its cash markets in September 2019, down 6.3% y-o-y.

The pan-European stockmarket operator also stated that transactions in ETF index funds fell by 4% y-o-y, with an average daily transaction value on the ETF order book of 206 million euros.

The overall average daily volume of derivatives traded fell by 1.8% y-o-y to 611,750 contracts, while the average daily volume on the spot foreign exchange market rose by 2.5% to 19.11 billion dollars.
