Wolters Kluwer: divests Complytrack solution

(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory announces a firm agreement to sell ComplyTrack, its healthcare compliance and regulatory risk solution, to symplr, a provider of cloud solutions for hospitals and other healthcare centres.


The Dutch publisher specialising in professional information states that the business divested has about 50 full-time employees. The transaction, the financial terms of which were not specified, should be finalised before the end of the year.
