Airbus: no change at top

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus has announced that its shareholders have voted to reappoint René Obermann as a director, confirming him as Chairman of its Board of Directors.


At the AGM, over 94% of shareholders approved the reappointment of René Obermann for another three years.

The AGM also extended the terms of office of three other directors, including Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, again for three years.

Airbus says that its shareholders approved all of the resolutions put before them, including the approval of its 2020 accounts.

Airbus holds its AGM in the Netherlands each year, where its headquarters are, within six months of the end of the previous fiscal year.

The market nods - the share is up 0.6% on Friday afternoon, slightly outperforming the CAC 40.
