Airbus: Barclays says 'overweight' ahead of Q1 results

(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays has confirmed its "overweight" recommendation on the Airbus share, with a target price of 110 euros, prior to the aircraft manufacturer's publication of its Q1 results on 29 April.


The broker expects adjusted EBIT of 713 million (around 35% of annual profit based on targets) and, above all, expects Airbus to burn no cash in the quarter, anticipating a FCF flow of 148 million euros.

"While it would seem premature to change the guidance for the full year, it looks to us increasingly likely that management will revisit this during the course of the year", Barclays summarised.
