Airbus: supply contract with Constellium

(CercleFinance.com) - Constellium has announced signing an agreement with Airbus for the next 10 years, by which it will supply all of the aircraft manufacturer's programs with rolled and extruded aluminum products manufactured in France and the US.


These will include aircraft wing skin panels, fuselage panel sheets and aluminium plates that will enable Airbus to manufacture other structural components for its aircraft.

These aluminium products will be supplied to Airbus by two French sites in Issoire (Puy-de-Dôme) and Montreuil-Juigné (Maine-et-Loire), as well as the US site in Ravenswood (West Virginia).
