Airbus: order for eight A350-900s

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announces the signature of an agreement with an undisclosed client for the purchase of eight A350-900s.


The A350 XWB is the all-new family of mid-size long-haul airliners with a wide body.

The A350 XWB benefits from the latest in aerodynamic design, carbon fiber fuselage and wings, plus new fuel-efficient Rolls-Royce engines.

This latest technology allows for a 25% reduction in fuel burn and emissions, and considerably lower maintenance costs.

To date, Airbus has registered a total of 882 firm orders for the A350 XWB from 46 clients across the world.
