Airbus: organises its best in class awards.

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus has organised the 2017 Global Supplier Conference, held in Tianjin.


These best in class awards (prize for the best supplier) recognise the important contribution made by suppliers as partners of Airbus.

The Top Industrial Performance awards were given to Safran Electrical & Power, Chemettal, AVIC and AMOVA, to reward their exceptional performance in terms of delivery implemented to support the ramp-up of Airbus' production.

Three winners have been announced in the Innovation category; P3 for the premier extincteur de bord sans halon fire extinguisher, which has adapted to difficult requirements in terms of size and mass, and Hutchinson for having developed an automated production solution conduites d'air légères et peu onéreuses, which will be introduced aboard the A330neo.
