STMicro: presents shareholders' resolutions

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics presents the resolutions approved by shareholders at its 2023 AGM.


Shareholders approved the financial statements and the distribution of a cash dividend of $0.24 per outstanding share of common stock, payable in quarterly installments of $0.06 for each of the second, third and fourth quarters of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.

They also resolved, amongst other things, to renew the three-year terms of office of Frédéric Sanchez and Maurizio Tamagnini as members of the Supervisory Board; to renew the two-year term of office of Ana de Pro Gonzalo as member of the Supervisory Board; and to renew the one-year term of office of Yann Delabrière as member of the Supervisory Board.
