Philips: to appoint two new directors next year

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch health technology group Philips said on Monday that it would name two new directors, including Peter Loescher, the previous CEO of Siemens.


The company said that it will propose the appointments of Peter Loescher and Feike Sijbesma, the current CEO of Dutch life sciences and materials sciences company DSM, as new members of the supervisory board at its annual general meeting of shareholders, to be held in April 2020.
