Unilever: acquisition in oral hygiene

(CercleFinance.com) - Unilever has announced an agreement to acquire the Fluocaril and Parogencyl oral care brands from Procter & Gamble, with the group not specifying the terms of the deal, other than it is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.


"The acquisition will give Unilever a leading position in oral care within the French pharmacy channel as well as strong positions in Spain," Unilever said, highlighting both brands' reputation with professionals.
