AkzoNobel: replaces Swedish unit as underwriter on bond

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch paint and coat maker Akzo Nobel said that it replaced a Swedish unit as the lead underwriter on a 750 million euros bond that had originally been issued in July 2012.


The guaranteed so-called "Euro Medium Term" note, which has a maturity of ten years, due 27 July 2022, has a coupon of 2.625%, the group said.

No further changes result from the substitution; and all the noteholders' rights remain unchanged, Akzo said.
