KPN: new wholesale fiber access offer

(CercleFinance.com) - KPN has announced a new and improved offer to wholesale providers for access to its fiber networks in the Netherlands, effective immediately, after the ACM declared the Dutch telecoms operator's commitments "binding".


The new offer involves an eight-year period on existing and new fiber networks, creating long-term certainty for providers who want to offer their services on KPN's network, KPN said.

KPN says that on 1 April it informed the ACM of its intention to amend its wholesale fiber access tariffs and then made adjustments after the regulator assessed its proposal.
