ArcelorMittal: UBS upgrades sell rating

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS has upgraded its "sell" rating on ArcelorMittal to "neutral," while trimming its price target from 25 euros to 24 euros, which suggests that the stock of the steel giant has upside potential of 6%.


The broker explains in its report that it sees "Risk-reward more balanced," believing that "Valuation support offset by risks to FY'19 consensus earnings and overspending on capex projects".
