WPP: names Microsoft UK CEO to board

(CercleFinance.com) - British communications company WPP said on Tuesday that it has appointed Microsoft UK CEO, Cindy Rose to its board of directors.


Rose became Microsoft UK CEO in 2016. Before joining the software giant, she was in charge of Vodafone's retail division, where she oversaw the expansion of the mobile operator's store network from 350 to over 500.

Before Vodafone, she was an executive at Virgin Media, after spending 15 years at Walt Disney.
