Unicredit: RBC raises target price to 20 euros.

(CercleFinance.com) - RBC Capital Markets reiterates its "outperform" rating on Unicredit and raises its target price to 20 euros, from 17 euros, saying that Italy's biggest lender doesn't look like the typical Southern European bank.


"We expect further consensus upgrades driven by lower loan losses and higher fee income growth," the brokerage firm says in a research note.

RBC adds that 2018 will likely be an inflection point for its capital, which should lead to a more meaningful re-rating of the shares.
