Eni: MoU with Fincantieri for energy transition

(CercleFinance.com) - Eni announces that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Fincantieri, the Italian shipbuilding company, to promote initiatives focused on the energy transition.


This aims to create a system of integrated solutions for decarbonisation projects in the fields of energy, transport and the circular economy.

Eni and Fincantieri have identified areas of common interest to develop synergies, including the reduction of the environmental impact of the shipping sector, the production of energy from renewable sources and the circular economy.
